Birding Backpacks Available to Check Out at the Eugene Public Library

Did you know the Eugene Public Library has backpacks filled with everything you need to enjoy watching birds? It does. And not just for you, but for a young companion as well. It’s part of the library’s comparatively new Library of Things.

Whether you’re new to the world of bird watching or have been doing it for a while and would like to share its delights with somebody new to the pursuit, this handy backpack increases your options. Its contents include adult-size binoculars, child-size binoculars, and a small collection of reference books and materials. Check out the photos to see a complete list of its contents.
