3rd Saturday Birding Jan. 18

Meet at 8:00am at South Eugene Meadows. Tim Griffith will lead the 3rd Saturday Bird Walk on January 18. The walk is mostly level with one area of minor elevation change.  The walk will start on a narrow gravel trail which transitions into a dirt trail.  Depending on the weather, sections of the trail may be muddy.  This is an out and back with a total distance of up to 1.8 miles.  No restroom is available at this location. There is a small parking area.  Please park fairly close together to fit as many cars as possible.  Dress for the weather and wear rain gear and boots as needed.  Our Third Saturday Bird Outings are open to all participants.
